About Ford Place Nursing Home
Ford Place is a registered nursing home for up to 48 older people, including those living with dementia and those receiving end of life care. The accommodation is spread across ground and first floor. At the time of inspection, 40 people were living at the home.
The provider had clearly communicated contingency plans and risk assessments around pandemic management with the local authority and Clinical Commissioning Group. The service was carefully planned and implemented measures to protect residents during this challenging period.
