Flexi Coventry Ltd provides personal care to older people and younger adults with various needs, including physical disabilities, supporting them in their own homes. At inspection, the service was caring for nine people. People and relatives spoke positively about the care they received.

Staff effectively identified and managed risks in people's homes, ensuring their safety. Medicines were administered safely by appropriately trained staff, and people received their medicines when needed.
