The service demonstrated strong infection control practices, including temperature checks and health questionnaires for visitors, alongside adequate supplies of personal protective equipment and staff training in its proper use. Regular testing was implemented for both residents and staff, with immediate isolation procedures for anyone showing COVID-19 symptoms.

The home maintained staffing continuity by enabling flexible shift patterns, avoiding reliance on agency workers.
