About Figham House
Figham House provides personal and nursing care to older people with dementia or physical disabilities, with capacity for 63 residents. At inspection, 56 people were using the service.
Staff participated in regular COVID-19 testing and were vaccinated. They appropriately wore personal protective equipment to minimise infection risk, with donning and doffing stations positioned throughout the service to enable staff to change PPE as needed. Visitors were also required to wear PPE, and sufficient stock was maintained.
