Figham House is a residential care home providing support to older people, some of whom are living with dementia, and is registered for 63 people. The CQC rated the service Requires Improvement overall, finding a breach of regulation relating to good governance. Inspectors found that risks to individuals were not always assessed or reviewed, medicines were not always managed safely, and audit systems had failed to identify or address these issues.

On a more positive note, the CQC found staff were kind, respectful and well trained, and people felt safe and well cared for. Leaders were visible and staff wellbeing was supported. People spoke warmly of staff, though some concerns remained about medication timing and newer staff's experience.
