People received their medicines as prescribed, though inspectors recommended the home strengthen its practices around topical medicines. People were safe, with staff demonstrating the relevant skills and knowledge to manage risks to health, safety and wellbeing. The home appropriately responded to accidents and incidents, monitoring them to learn lessons and prevent recurrence.
