Ferndene Care Home

Ferndene Care Home provides personal and nursing care to 38 older people and people living with dementia in a purpose-built building with capacity for 48 residents. People using the service are safe, with systems in place to protect them from abuse and staff trained in their safeguarding responsibilities. The home regularly assesses risks to people's safety and implements measures to reduce these risks. The registered manager learns from accidents and incidents to further improve safety, and the service is supported by adequate numbers of safely recruited staff who have received appropriate training.
