Inspectors found care was person-centred, with enough suitably trained staff to meet people's needs safely and support their health, nutrition and independence. Previous concerns had been resolved, with the provider and registered manager working together to strengthen oversight and improve the environment. People spoken with were positive, describing staff as supportive and caring.
