Fernbank Nursing Home

The service maintained high standards of cleanliness and upkeep. Staffing levels were adequate to meet residents' needs and ensure safety, and the home followed appropriate recruitment procedures to ensure staff suitability. Infection control measures protected residents from the spread of infection, and medicines were managed and administered safely.
