Service to the Aged

Sage is a residential care home providing nursing and personal care to older people of the Jewish faith. The home accommodates up to 60 people, with 39 residents at the time of inspection. It is purpose-built across three separate floors, each with its own lounge, kitchenette and bathroom, plus communal rooms on the ground floor for dining, activities and visitors. One floor specialises in dementia care while two floors accommodate people with nursing needs, with a nurse in charge of each floor at all times.

The home has assessed risks to people's safety and wellbeing and taken action to help keep residents safe.
