Signature at Hendon Hall

Signature at Hendon Hall provides personal and nursing care to up to 102 residents in studio and one-bedroom apartments with ensuite facilities across three floors. Two specialised units cater to people living with dementia. At inspection, 45 people were using the service. The home works closely with healthcare services and other agencies to support effective outcomes for residents. Care plans are regularly reviewed with people's involvement, and staff have completed safeguarding training to identify and report concerns. Medicines are managed safely, and residents have access to dieticians when needed.

Residents praised the quality of food available and spoke positively about the management team. People reported feeling involved in decisions about their care, and staff described managers as approachable, knowledgeable and fair. Risk assessments are conducted to protect residents' safety and wellbeing, with people's opinions actively sought during care planning reviews.
