Fernbank Lodge

Fernbank Lodge is a residential care home supporting up to 18 people, including older adults and those with mental health needs. The adapted two-floor building features a stair lift, two lounges, a dining room, conservatories, and garden spaces. At inspection, 17 people were using the service.

The home's medicines systems and processes are generally robust, though inspectors made a recommendation about managing some medicines more effectively. Staff training, scheduling, and support systems appeared well-organised and effective.
