Fen House

Fen House provides accommodation, personal care, and treatment for up to 25 people recovering from acquired brain injuries. The service accommodated 19 people during inspection. The facility demonstrates thoughtful visitor management, with a dedicated outdoor gazebo area where visits are scheduled by appointment. Visitors are asked to wear personal protective equipment when available, and staggered appointment times prevent gatherings between visitors, staff, and residents. On arrival, external health and social care visitors are screened before entering the building. These measures reflect the service's attention to safety and managing potential risks within the residential environment.
