Farmborough Court Intermediate Care Service

Farmborough Court Intermediate Care Service provides short-term rehabilitation for up to 56 people across four units. At the time of inspection, 26 people were using the service, which offers rehabilitation usually lasting up to six weeks for people discharged from hospital or with changed care needs.

Staff were safely recruited and received induction and training from the provider. Training was monitored through regular meetings and supervisions, with staffing capacity deemed sufficient to meet service demands.
