Laverneo

Laverneo provides personal care and support for up to four people with learning disabilities in a purpose-built bungalow. The service was operating at full capacity during the inspection, with staff and the registered manager delivering outstanding care. The environment fostered a completely inclusive culture centered on people's needs, preferences and aspirations. Staff who had worked at the service for several years demonstrated passionate commitment to their roles and to achieving the best health and wellbeing outcomes for residents. People experienced exceptional outcomes and felt completely at home, at ease and integral to the service. The registered manager implemented a range of current best practice approaches that had an extremely positive impact on care delivery.
