Farm House provides accommodation and personal care for up to five people with learning disabilities in a detached farmhouse in a rural area near Woodchurch. At inspection, four people were living there. The service maintained high standards of cleanliness with regular checks to ensure the environment remained clean and tidy.

Staff supported people to safely go out and about with family members, and people reported wearing face masks when leaving the home. Visitor checks were completed to maintain safety, and staff had received training on keeping people safe, wore appropriate protective equipment, and were regularly tested.
