Rosemary Cottage

Rosemary Cottage provides personal care to up to six people with learning disabilities and autism. The purpose-built, single-level property is located in a rural area near Woodchurch village. At the time of inspection, all six available spaces were occupied.

People using the service and their relatives reported being happy with the support provided. People indicated they felt safe living at the home, and relatives confirmed satisfaction with the care and support. However, inspectors identified concerns with record-keeping, noting that some care files contained out of date information, which made it difficult to locate the most relevant details needed for providing safe and effective care.
