Fallings Heath

Fallings Heath provides personal care to three people with learning disabilities and challenging behaviours, with capacity for up to four residents. The service is designed around person-centred principles that enable people to live meaningful lives with control, choice, and independence. Staff deliver planned and coordinated support tailored to each individual's needs, helping residents achieve the best possible outcomes and live as full a life as possible.
