Fairlawn

Fairlawn provides residential care and support to older people, including those living with dementia, accommodating up to 60 residents. At the time of inspection, 55 people were living at the home.

Staffing levels have improved significantly, with a focus on recruitment and retention. People, their relatives, and staff confirmed this positive change. A new manager has joined the team and works well with existing staff, with both the manager and deputy manager receiving confidence from those at the home.

Infection control procedures have been put in place and enhanced to help keep people safe.
