All visitors, including healthcare professionals, are asked to complete health questionnaires, have their temperatures checked, and show their vaccination status. The home maintains a good supply of personal protective equipment including gloves, aprons, and masks, which staff use in accordance with government guidance.

All staff receive training in infection prevention and control practices with regular competency checks. Residents reported feeling safe and well cared for, and expressed comfort with the safety measures in place.
