Clarence House

Clarence House provides residential care and accommodation for up to 29 people requiring personal care across two floors, with lift access. At the time of inspection, 19 people were using the service. The home has focused on improving safety and quality of care, with improvements evident in how risks to people's health, safety and wellbeing are now assessed. Care plans specifically address identified risks to people's skin integrity, demonstrating a more thorough approach to individual needs and preventative care.
