Fairfield House

This service supports seven people with learning disabilities and/or autism in a domestic-style home that maintains a residential appearance without institutional features like signage, intercoms, or cameras. Staff blend into the community when accompanying people outside, avoiding any visible identification as care workers.

A new manager has recently been appointed and is in the process of applying to become the registered manager. People using the service are at ease with staff and enjoy spending time with them. The home has experienced some recent changes in staffing.
