Vision Homes Association - 1C Toll Gate Road

This residential care home provides personal care to up to five adults with complex needs relating to visual impairment, often combined with learning disability, physical disability, or acquired brain injury. On the day of inspection, four people were living at the home, which is one of three bungalows on a shared site that also includes a fourth building providing communal space.

Residents received outstanding care from a passionate and exceptionally dedicated staff team. Staff knew each person well and provided highly personalised support tailored to individual needs and preferences. People were truly valued, with their views respected and incorporated into all aspects of care home life. The team demonstrated a compassionate approach to delivering person-centred care of the highest quality.
