Magnolia House is a small care home in Southampton providing support for up to three adults with a learning disability or autistic people, with one person using the service at the time of the assessment. The CQC rated the service Good overall, finding people were treated with kindness, respect and dignity, and were supported to maintain relationships, pursue interests and be as independent as possible.

Inspectors found staff understood safeguarding and managed risks well, though window restrictors had been overridden, creating a fall risk. The registered manager acted immediately to fix this. Staffing levels, training and supervision were good, and a relative said they were happy with the care provided.
