Evergreen

Evergreen provides nursing care for up to 16 older people, with eight residents living there at the time of inspection. The home maintains high standards of cleanliness with an updated cleaning schedule that includes frequent disinfection of high-touch areas like door handles and light switches. Staff have adequate access to personal protective equipment and use and dispose of it appropriately.

The home implements regular testing for both residents and staff to monitor health. When people have tested positive for Covid-19, become unwell, or need to self-isolate, they receive care in their own rooms, enabling proper isolation protocols while maintaining their wellbeing.
