Emerson Grange

Staff numbers are adequate to meet people's needs in a timely way, and all staff receive appropriate training. Medicines are managed safely by competent staff with monthly audits in place. The home supports residents to have maximum choice and control in their lives, with staff working in the least restrictive way possible and in residents' best interests.
