Elton Park Care Home

Elton Park Care Home provides residential care for up to 35 older people living with dementia, mental health needs, physical disabilities and sensory impairment. Following a change in management, the CQC found the service had improved from requires improvement to good overall.

Inspectors found staff were kind, respectful and knew people well, with safe medicines management and good staff training. Some issues with premises safety and cleaning were identified but addressed immediately. Ongoing improvements were noted around food quality, staffing availability and activities for those who stay in their rooms, though people and relatives spoke positively about the caring approach of staff and leadership.
