Bethesda Eventide Homes - Ipswich

Bethesda Eventide Homes provides personal care for up to 27 people across three floors of an adapted building. At inspection, 24 people were using the service. Residents reported that their personal care needs were met promptly. However, inspectors found that care and risk management plans did not always adequately guide staff on preventing pressure wounds or managing catheter care. Following these findings, the registered manager implemented new plans to strengthen oversight and staff training in record keeping.

Medicines were stored securely and audited to ensure proper management and safety for residents.
