Eltandia Hall Care Centre

Eltandia Hall Care Centre provides nursing and personal care for older people, including those living with dementia, with capacity for 80 residents. The CQC carried out an unannounced assessment after concerns were raised about one person's care, focusing on whether the service is safe and well-led, and rated the home good overall.

Inspectors found staff understood and managed risks well, the environment was clean, and recruitment and medicines were handled safely. Leadership was stable and visible, with effective governance and a culture of listening and continuous improvement. People and relatives described staff as kind, respectful and attentive, and felt confident concerns raised would be acted upon.
