St Antony's Care Home

St Antony's is a small care home providing personal care and accommodation for up to 12 older people, most living with dementia and some with mental health needs. The CQC found the service overall good, with staff who understood safeguarding, treated people with warmth, and managed medicines safely. People and visiting professionals spoke positively about the kind, attentive care provided.

Inspectors did identify two breaches, relating to upkeep of the environment and to governance systems for monitoring quality, though no harm had resulted. Management was already taking steps to address these concerns. Staffing levels, training and infection control were found to be satisfactory throughout the home.
