Bentinck Crescent

Bentinck Crescent is a small residential care home supporting up to 7 people with physical disabilities, learning disabilities and autism. The CQC rated the home Good overall, finding it had resolved previous breaches relating to person-centred care, consent, safe care and governance. Care plans and risk assessments were detailed and person-centred, medicines were managed well, and consent processes were properly followed.

Inspectors found staff knowledgeable and management approachable, with strong oversight through audits and policy improvements under the current registered manager. People and relatives gave positive feedback, describing kind staff and noticeable improvements in the service. Observations showed warm, respectful interactions that gave people a sense of safety and comfort.
