Elmglade Residential Home

Elmglade Residential Home provides personal care to older people, many living with dementia, and supported 23 people at the time of the assessment. The CQC rated the service good overall, finding that staff understood how to protect people from abuse and managed safety risks well, with enough suitably trained and recruited staff in place.

Inspectors found people were treated with kindness, dignity and respect, with choice and control over their care. People were supported to maintain independence and take part in activities, and families said they felt reassured leaving relatives in the home's care.
