Elm House is a care home providing personal care and support to a small number of people with a learning disability and autistic people. The CQC found the service was performing well overall. At the last inspection it required improvement, with breaches around risk assessment, staffing, nutrition, infection control and governance, but inspectors found these issues had since been resolved.

Staff were described as kind, skilled and knowledgeable about the people they supported, promoting choice, independence and dignity. Relatives spoke positively about the calm atmosphere and quality of care. People had access to activities and were involved in decisions about their own support.
