Ridgeview

Ridgeview provides personal care and support for up to four adults with learning disabilities in a terraced house in a residential area of Enfield, North London. At inspection, three people were using the service. Each person had their own well-kept bedroom, and there was a large rear garden that people could freely access. Staff supported residents to have maximum choice and control of their lives, using the least restrictive practices while acting in their best interests. The service was designed to enable people to live full, meaningful lives with control, choice, and independence, delivering person-centred support that was appropriate and inclusive.
