Willowcroft

Willowcroft is a residential care home in an adapted family-style property accommodating up to 7 people. At inspection, six people were living there. The home supports residents to have maximum choice and control in their lives, with staff using the least restrictive approaches and acting in their best interests. Policies and systems throughout the service reflect this commitment to person-centred care. One family member described living at Willowcroft as the best thing that could have happened to their relative.
