About Ellesmere House
Ellesmere House provides accommodation with personal care for up to 28 older people, including those living with dementia, as well as day care and respite services. At the time of inspection, 18 people were being supported. The home creates a calm and homely atmosphere where staff have developed strong, positive relationships with residents. Throughout the inspection, staff demonstrated warmth and affection toward people, approaching care tasks in a calm and compassionate manner.
