About Kynaston Farm
Kynaston Farm provides personal care for up to six people with learning disabilities and/or autism, some of whom also have physical disabilities and sensory impairments. Six residents were living at the service during the inspection. The home is designed to enable people to live as full a life as possible, with support focused on control, choice, and independence. Residents receive planned and coordinated person-centred support tailored to their individual needs and preferences.
