Windsor House

Windsor House provides accommodation and personal care for up to 10 people with learning impairments or associated conditions. At the time of inspection, eight people were living at the service, which operates from a purpose-built building.

During the inspection, staff appeared to make people comfortable, though some residents with complex needs were unable to express their views. Systems were in place to protect people from abuse. However, inspectors identified concerns about financial arrangements for one person, noting these were not independent of the organisation and recommended improvements in this area.
