Residents reported feeling safe and comfortable at the home. One person said, "I am happy here, the staff are very nice, I have everything I need and I like the quizzes and arts and crafts. " Staff demonstrated good understanding of residents' care needs, managed risks effectively, and knew how to report safeguarding concerns appropriately.

The home learned from incidents when they occurred and staff responded accordingly.
