Summer Wood Residential Care Home

At the previous inspection, the provider was found to have breaches in risk assessment, recruitment practices, and records. Following improvements made to address these concerns, the service is now rated as good across all key areas. Inspectors found that the provider had successfully completed their action plan and met all regulatory requirements.
