Edenmore Nursing Home

Edenmore Nursing Home provides nursing care for up to 47 people, most of whom are living with dementia, across two units. The CQC rated the service Good overall, following an assessment prompted partly by a serious incident that is being investigated separately.

Inspectors found staff understood safeguarding, staffing levels were sufficient, and medicines and infection control were managed safely. People and relatives spoke positively about the care and how respectfully staff treated them. Clear governance systems were in place, with staff, people and relatives able to contribute to how the service was run.
