Inspectors found staff kind, attentive and skilled, with people and relatives praising the caring and friendly atmosphere. However, some risks around maintenance and cleanliness had not been fully addressed until raised during the assessment, governance had not caught all issues, and communication with relatives when things went wrong was not always prompt. The provider responded quickly to concerns raised.
