Since the previous inspection, a new Director of Care and registered manager have been appointed, providing clinical oversight and monitoring quality through regular audits. The leadership team has worked to address previous compliance concerns, with the Director of Care positioned to oversee the registered manager and ensure standards are maintained across the service.
