About Woodlands Care Centre
Woodlands Care Centre provides personal and nursing care to up to 109 people aged 65 and over. At the time of inspection, 100 people were living at the service.
Residents and relatives reported being well cared for. One person said, "Staff make sure I have all I need, and I am very content," while another commented, "I don't want for anything, I only have to ask." A relative shared, "Woodlands is the right place for my family member, they are settled, and I have no concerns at all."
Staff were visible and readily available to support people throughout the service.
