Ecclesholme

Ecclesholme provides personal care and support to up to 50 people, some of whom are living with dementia. The three-storey home has lift and stair access, with personal rooms and communal areas tailored to individual needs and preferences. At the time of inspection, 46 people were residing at the home.

People and their relatives described staff as kind, caring and respectful, with care provided in the way individuals wanted and needed. Inspectors observed warm and friendly interactions between staff and residents, as well as with visitors. The home maintained good standards of accommodation and hygiene overall.
