Leaders were visible and approachable, with strong governance and a clear culture of continuous improvement.

People and relatives described staff as exceptionally kind, respectful and attentive, going well beyond meeting basic needs. Choice and independence were maximised, mealtimes were calm and enjoyable, and activities were varied and meaningful. Inspectors found people felt safe, settled and genuinely at home, with safety rated Good and all other areas Outstanding.
