Durham Street

Durham Street provides care and support for people with a learning disability and autistic people. The CQC rated the service Good overall, finding that improvements had been made since previous concerns, with risks to people now properly assessed and managed, and quality monitoring systems working effectively to identify learning.

Inspectors found people felt safe, were treated with dignity and involved in decisions about their care. Staff supported people to make choices and live as independently as possible, using the least restrictive approaches. People and relatives reported feeling well cared for and involved in planning any changes to their support.
