This residential care home supports up to 15 young adults with mental health conditions, with 12 people currently using the service. The home manages risks effectively to keep people safe from harm, with medicines handled safely and systems in place to protect residents from abuse and neglect. Staff are suitably trained and adequately deployed to meet people's needs, and the provider maintains current infection prevention and control policies.
When issues arise, the home learns from them to improve care.
