People's support emphasizes providing new experiences while maintaining their skills and autonomy.

When asked if they liked living at the home, people responded positively with smiles and affirmations. The service has sufficient staffing levels to meet people's needs, with staff recruited safely and receiving appropriate training and support to carry out their roles effectively.
