Dibden View is a purpose-built home in Gosport that supports nine people with mental health issues, providing access to the local community. At the time of inspection, seven residents were living there with a registered manager in post. Staff demonstrated strong safeguarding knowledge and understood how to report concerns appropriately.

People's finances were managed safely, and risks were properly assessed with staff aware of individual needs.

Staff spoke caringly about the people they supported and showed good understanding of residents' requirements. People told inspectors they felt safe at the home, and staff were vigilant about minimising identified risks.
