Divine Care Centre provides nursing and personal care for up to 44 people, some with dementia. At inspection, 27 people were living there. The home had strong infection control measures in place, with a clean environment and regular cleaning of frequently touched surfaces.

Staff wore appropriate personal protective equipment with adequate supplies maintained by the maintenance person, and PPE stations were positioned throughout the home for easy access. All staff had completed training on wearing and removing PPE along with other COVID-19 related training, and participated in regular testing programmes in line with government guidance. People and their relatives were supported to maintain contact through various technology options as well as in-person visits to the home.
